Sovereign Title collects only the information necessary to fulfill digital abstract orders, including customer contact details and property information submitted through the portal intake form. Uploaded attachments are stored in the configured Wasabi S3 bucket with redundant storage and access controls managed by Sovereign Title.

Access to order data is role-based. Administrators govern the full order queue, staff can only work on files assigned to them, and customers can review and download the packages prepared for their transactions.
